This Mental Health Awareness Week, 16-20 April 2018, we’re focusing on stress. Research has shown that 16 million people experience a mental health problem each year, and stress is a key factor in this.
This video was a preview for the Mental Health Question Time that was recorded on the 18th April and will be published on the 18th of May.
By tackling stress, we can go a long way to tackle mental health problems such as anxiety and depression, and, in some instances, self-harm and suicide. We will look at how we can tackle stress and help improve our mental health.
How many of us deal with stress at university? Is it just the students? Join us to discuss how we should be supporting those with stress around us.
